Just do it Kid, be a Gamer not a Fanboy

Around the Network

I`m a Nintendo fan since ever yet, this generation, i have owned a Dreamcast, Xbox 360 and still have a PS3.
Having more than one console with not enough money, nor enough time is troublesome but in the end you`ll make choices like you only had one console. Instead of thinking only of PS3 games you`ll add a few more here and there.
When i bought my PS3 i thought i would buy more games than i actually did, but that was fine. I just wanted other games more.
Loved the Resistance and Uncharted franchise, btw!

Well we, the members on this site, would find you less sexy if you weren't a fanboy anymore... Do you want that to happen?

Probably not. You can still be a fanatic of a system and have other systems to play. Some accuse me of nasty things but they're all meaningless pathetic accusations.

I own every system out there, I probably have more games than those holier than thou people.

I'm a Nintendo fanboy, but I'm a bit into PC and tablet gaming too. I wouldn't be so much of a fanboy if there were more PS3/360 games I love (for now, there is only Batman), and I used to have a PS2 long ago. Loved Spyro the Dragon and Sly Cooper... which might be why I'm not completely happy with the directon Sony has gone this generation. But hey, Sly 4 is coming and I'm a handheld fiend, so I'm liable to get a Vita in the near future. After the Wii U, of course. Batman on a Nintendo console = must buy at all costs.

Sometimes I wish I wasn't such a fanboy, but then I realize how much money I save.

Never, man!
Just because your love isn't reciprocated and it's hard to stay loyal don't mean you stop loving!

...wait, sorry, Sony fanboy?
You're right. You really need to be more open-minded, dude.

Maybe she's from the marketing department at Nintendo's HQ. Don't fall in the trap.

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

From what you are saying both you and your GF will be playing the Wii U, and you have an interest in some ninty games. In this case it probably is a good idea for you to go with a Wii U.

I don't know... Did you see what Sony did when Kevin Butler left them? You should probably stay with Sony but buy the Wii U and only let your GF play the Wii U just to be on the safe side.
