I heard that it fails to really deliver on the messages its trying to convey. Some scenes from the different times are just fluff and don't connect to each other.

The novel does a better job apparantly. To fit the novels depth into a couple hours is an impossible task.

I saw this movie with my brother and for the rest of the weekend it was all we talked about. So much hidden meaning.

Oh yeah, I think I saw a preview for it on TV or something. It looked pretty interesting, count me in. :)

meh,I don't care for the concept. I don't like when a movie tries to preach to me. I might rent it later,but that's about it.

what do you feel its trying to preach about?

I was just trying to remember the name of that movie last night, couldn't.
Still can't add it on my wishlist yet on Amazon. I added the book anyway so I won't forget.
