Great movie. I actually liked it better than Casino Royale and will write a review for this when I get around to it. The movie is a much deeper story than most of the Bond films.

i thought it was a good bond myself, pretty interesting and personal,a bit disappointed they didn't use more of an orchestra score for music in the film like a bond should, keep it classy

Sadly this has been the case since John Barry stopped doing the scores after The Living Daylights.  :(

Was good.

I thought it was utter trash! To be honest.Prepar for a review thread of it in 2-5 hours from me. I may give it 2.5-5 for nostalgic reasons. Other than that it was boring, lame, cheap, etc, etc. Watching the Queen Mother eat Bisquits and drink Earl Grey tea would be just as fun. I am surprised my kids did not tell me to go to hell and leave for making them sit through that movie. I do not care that we get to see how it all starts ( supposedly). Amp I cannot trust your taste in movies if you truly enjoyed this. Quantum of Solace was better than this, and that is saying something!

It was better than Quantm of Solace.  Quantum of Solace had script problems and the direction was awful.  The story in this was very involved and the cinematography was great.  Aren't you the guy that likes the Transformers?  You're the one that can't be trusted.

It was okay, just okay. Certain things were too convenient for me, don't like when the bad guy has things so easily worked out. Some shots were beautiful though. Film making wise it was good, story not so.

Hmm, pie.

No, I liked Battleship. Transformers 3 was decent besided Ledouche screaming the entire time for comic relief. Optimus Prime is funnier than that midget.

So can I finally connect the two?

Yes, both guys are shooting a gun in a field just like Bond did in From Russia with Love.  What a Bond ripoff Jason Bourne is.

I don't see the hate for it in this thread. Everyone I spoke to absolutely loved it, and agree it's one of the best Bond movies out there.

Interestingly; I've noticed the people who didn't like it as much aren't from England, but are American. Maybe this has something to do with it? Not saying anything, just an interesting pattern...

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
