Yeah I ave no idea why those textures appear that way in this pic. Doesnt look like that while playing. If anything they swoop down into view and you go HOLY SH*T. But thats how it has been captured for whatever reason. It is what it is. 

I ave purposefully only used shots taken on capture equipment rather than using promotional shots released by the devs. ( They are always touched up especially resolution ). So all my Halo 4, UC3 and Gears 3 pics are from Digital Foundries capture equipment. :) 

All other threads contain material not really presenting the games visuals during gameplay. I wanted a thread about what te devs achieve during gameplay. Loads of cutscenes these days contain extra stuff no matter how they are done.

I notice that Halo 4 pics don't do it justice because of the many lightning coming from all sides. This game needs to be seen in motion, when still, too many lights will be host of different interpretations... Amazing game!

This thread along with the other graphics threads are just going to turn to shit, so why make another?
