Another new release, NFS: Most Wanted, sold 190k on 360 and 260k on PS3. Both versions might reach a million before the end of the year, PS3 version at least guaranteed.

As a comparison, Forza Horizon sold 330k FW on 360 only and 160k this week.

Wow...Forza is a beast.

NFS is more of a holiday seller instead of an early shifter I think.
Having played both, FH for 13 hours and MW for 30 hours and counting, MW is more fun of the two and surprisingly more challenging too. Friging bastard Koenigsegg nr 1 boss took me over 20 tries to beat. And the escape the cops mission within 2 minutes in the slower cars requires a lot of planning next to a bit of luck.

I don't know, I thought 60k for the week of the biggest release of the year for the Vita was a poor number...

I guess the Vita just has to sell itself by being a 'good machine' and the needed 'word of mouth'. Just like the old days, get the hype started...

Definitely not an apple device...

Good numbers all round for the top 3. Still amazes me how much of a beast ps3 is in Europe and 360 is in the USA. Doesn't seem like the wii u will have much effect on their sales in those regions.

360 will overtake next week and probably lead until the last week of the year where ps3 will outsell it. Amazing run it had though, outselling it every single week for the last 10 months.

Europe...... WTF?

That AC3 exclusive contentdidnt exactly pay off now did it :P

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Nice little bump for the Vita thanks to the 2 charting games, now keep that momentum going with P4 and COD!

not even a million in the United states, for the ps vita yet? that's pretty sad in my opinion.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it did...

Unless it sells more then the 360 version, I dont know why Sony spends time trying to chip  away at games that are more 360 centric. Battlefield also comes to mind. Waste in resources IMO.

Wii at 75k 2 weeks before Wii U launch, not bad.

It's obvious why. They want that market just as much as Microsoft do, and it's worked with Battlefield - the gap between the PS3 and 360 versions of BF3 if much closer than that of the latest Call of Duty for example, though they are very similar games. It's an uphill struggle for Sony, and I doubt it'll get much better than BF3 for shooters especially because 360 simply has the upper hand (for reasons we both know and don't need to discuss), but they have made substantial progress.

GO Vita. Europe is good.
