Guys, there are only so many variations you can get on a video game controller. All three of the controllers in the OP are basically the same, only with a d-pad in place of four buttons, or an analog stick in place of a d-pad.

but they totally stole the whole D-pad thing they got! And the analog stick thing :p and the shoulder buttons and the A B X Y buttons :p so Nintondo should sue Sony as well! ^^

The way I see it, if Microsoft can copy the wii pad with smart glass Nintendo can do the same with the pro controller. Besides there is so much more that Nintendo could sue for.

You miss the point. The placement of the analog sticks is importana.

Nobody is going to confuse the Pro controller with the 360 controller unless they have very little idea how a 360 contoller is laid out. It's like comparing the Xbox controller to the GameCube's - there's more than enough difference to hold up in court.

Do not worry too much, the power source is not inside the box and the ventilation seems to be very good.

It is one massive power block too! Just watch Nintendo Direct. It's almost the size of the Wii U! Not really, but that thing is not easy on the power consumption. It is impressively small though.
