Attack Of The Clone was worse.

I understand your complaints about the story.  I just don't look for realism in Indiana Jones movies, but I have to say that Tarzan scene with Shia was admittedly cringeworthy.

Eeeh, what? They didn't have Kid Anakin so Clone Wars is better per default my dear amp =) And having Jar-Jar Binks in a movie automatically makes it one of the worst movies ever concieved.... If it wasn't for the Star Wars name I'd never see it willingly...

I'm not looking for realism either in an Indy movie, but I like me some consistency never the less, some thing Indy 4 lacked much of...

No, they didn't have kid Anakin or Jar Jar in it, but they had Hayden Christiansen acting like Hayden Panitierre thoughout the whole ordeal.  Even Christopher Lee and Yoda's lightsaber scene was way too short.  Boo!

Don't get on Indy 4 too much.  There's going to be *gasp * Indy 5.  Word has it that Indy will dispatch enemies with a respirator instead of a whip.

Yeah, I have to admit that Hayden really were a poor Anakin - but not as poor as Jar Jar. I'd take cryin' Anakin over Jar Jar any day.

Well, considering that every second Indy flick is really great (Raiders and Crusade) I welcome Indy 5! Though, as far as I know, it's not in development as of yet... So There won't be a new Indy movie the come 3 years... sadly

@badgenome. You're not allowed to post in here until you vote YES in the poll.

So bond inspired indy, guess this is related to amp

Glad to see some of you guys took a moment to watch these videos, I found them full of interesting tidbits.

Did anyone watch the movie about Spielberg explaining his journey to becoming a director that I posted a few up? I'd like to hear your feedback.

@mbp. You might find this funny.

i hope everyone agrees that there are only 3 Indiana Jones movies?

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

Gotta disagree on that front.

I'm firmly in the minority on this one, but I would rank them as follows:

1) Raiders of the Lost Ark -- 4 stars
2) Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -- 3 stars
3) Last Crusade -- 2.5 stars
4) Temple of Doom -- 2 stars

yeah, George is pretty stupid nowadays =(

Surely my love for Zelda outweighs my blasphemy with Indy? :)

I love the Indiana Jones movies! I'd rank Raiders and Last Crusade very close to one another then Temple of Doom (it's a very different movie compared to the two others). I even enjoyed parts of Crystal Skull but throughout the whole film I was praying "Please don't let it be aliens, please!"

Signature goes here!

Last Crusade had way too many contrived laughs and wisecracks for my liking ( a lot of the humour in Raiders was unscripted and spontaneous and it never got goofy)...Last Crusade had that annoying kid sidekick in it (probably the second worse character in Lucasfilm history...imo)...oh and all those kids rebelling reminded me of the ewoks which is never a good thing. Crystal Skull relied too heavily on cgi, which is (to me) one of the reasons it was so bad...it looked so fake compared to the other 3 films which were made years ago.
I guess I'm saying none of the sequels (though technically TEMPLE was a prequel) compare to RAIDERS, which was sheer perfection. I went to see RAIDERS at a cinema screening a few weeks back and I was thinking the whole way through; "Man, in a perfect world they would've just left it at this'.
