Is God Eater 2 even confirmed for US/EU release?

Nop... But is really probable.. the first sold "well" for the expectatives of the game...

at this point there are very few vita titles that I think won't make it over...BUT KEEP IN MIND...this Bamco Bandai we are talking about. 

Shit I hope they release God Eater 2 outside Japan, that game looks a lot better IMO, but this should hold people's hunger for awhile, looks a little meh though.

Like others have said, nothing confirmed at the moment.  I can fully see it happening, though (and the Vita version, not PSP ofc).  We've seen a lot of Vita games get localised and there's a lot more coming up too (DJMax; Ys; EDF).

Of course, as MUGEN mentions, this is Namco and they haven't localised either of the Tales of Innocence games (Vita or DS version), but God Eater Burst made it across so I'm hoping...

And if not, I'll import!

The PlayStation Vita is a powerful piece of hardware that developers like Ragnarok Odyssey director Kazuhiro Irie are just starting to tap into. Since Game Arts has been one of the biggest Vita supporters with three titles already on the market, I asked Irie what features of the Vita are underutilized.

“Well, the CPU has definitely been underutilized. Right now, the GPU uses up the CPU, so I believe some extra fine-tuning will be required in the future,” Irie answered. “By using up the CPU for graphics, though, display tricks like physical manipulation and motion blending become possible, allowing for more and more characters on the screen at once, creating scenarios that really affect the overall feel of the game.”

“I also feel that online functionality and touchscreen functionality have been underutilized on the Vita so far, of course,” Irie added. “For Ragnarok in particular, I’m hoping to diversify the action some more, create even bigger boss battles, further deepen player customization, allow for more than four players to group together in multiplayer, and maybe even add player-vs.-player combat in future installments. As you can see, there’s a lot on my mind for this series!”

I think that this series have the potential to be a known serie on handheld and consoles... they just need to keep going and us supporting them...
