Forums - Gaming Discussion - First Rod, now Cliff. What happened with epic?

Well, as most of you should know by now, Cliffy B has left Epic Studios. Its upsetting as made Epic "Epic". I noticed that not too long ago, Rod left Epic for Irrational games.

So where do you Cliff left Epic? To go to Irrational, to stop developing at a young age, or to go to MS?

The question is does it work with any disc of Bulletstorm, or does it have to be an Epic Edition copy? I thought that there was no difference between the two versions, other than the code that was added into the game. I bought a code off of my friend for ten bucks since I didn't want to buy the entire game just to play the beta, and he doesn't care about Gears.

I have Gamefly so getting a copy of the disc won't be a problem, but the question is if it has to be a specific version of the game or not? Really curious to know.

Epic is still full of talent so no need to worry.

Cant wait for Gears of War: Judgment

Maybe they got tired of prioritizing graphics over everything else.

What you mean like defining the TPS as we know it. Making the most fluid cover base sysstem known in gaming today.

Gears Of War is the reason cover systems work now.

Would be great if he did join MS, but knowing most Game designers they end up starting a new company which is what I'm betting he will do.

Someone never played the masterpiece that Gears of War is.

Epic iszz doooomed.

We need moar Zelda, now!

We need moar Unchartedzz!

We need less DLCs.

The People Can Fly founders and Lee Perry (Gears 3 lead gameplay designer) also recently left Epic. Something's going down!

lol hardly a master piece! unless you like same hide and shoot game play across 3 games!

anywho OT: the guy recently got married so he might just want to take a break before he works with games again.
