My quick thoughts:

HD - irrelevant to most Nintendo franchises.  Would be nice for Metroid.  Otherwise I have a 360.

You are assuming that Nintendo wont create worlds that take advantage of the HD capabilities of the WiiU. Plus Zelda HD come on.

Gamepad - The lack of true motion gaming is a definite minus in my books.  I have yet to see it really adding anything new.

I guess you missed that screen on the controller then.

Online - I will believe it when I actually see it.   Would be appreciated.

Support - Nintendo fans have said this every generation since GC and been disappointed every time.  I don't expect WiiU to be different.  For the record, I said it to for Wii (but it was outselling the other two consoles combined at the time).

The WiiU already has support from third parties and they will likely continue while it is cheap to port games and if the WiiU can continue to generate signifigant sales.

Games - Yes, I'm sure like GC and Wii before it, WiiU will have some great games.   When enough of them come out, I will consider getting a WiiU.  Unless the competition has offered something better.

Rogue Squadron 3 exceeded all those games.

So far, no developer as technically capable as Factor 5 has had a serious crack at the Wii U hardware.

They do accept that as long as people admit to it, like yourself have done.

The problem is those people who have no intention buying the thing waste their energy bagging out the competition saying BS like:

- Oh if only it had this ..... I would buy it.

- Oh they are region locked... it is NOW deal breaker for me (LIKE SERIOUSLY? everyone knew it would be).

- Oh the price is too high for the technology. I'll buy it when it costs $50. Yer good luck finding a PS3 or 360  for $50. (In fact the PS3 is bearly cheaper than WiiU launch pirce in some regions).

JUST ADMIT IT YOU DON'T WANT ONE. NO ONE WILL KILL/HATE YOU FOR IT.

Wii U is going to be awesome,the people who talk down about the system are mad for 1 of 3 reasons,they know it's going to be great there in denial of that,they couldn't pre order it or they didn't do any kind of research & there just judging a book by it's cover
