Fake chart with fake percentages, because for some country some data are not counted, for example UK have 2 bilions in "Accessories" and "Other", while Germany had "????".

Without "Accessories" and "Other", Uk would equal to Germany and France.

It's not fake but it is incomplete in some areas. I didn't really look at the breakdown but i guess i should have posted it as well.

Because, during the past year, people were calling the UK the "soon to be second largest market" for video games. This was period where UK was doing more SW+HW than Japan during a slow period. Things have now entered back into equilibrium.

And it isn't even the 3rd largest. Looks like we were ignoring South Korea all this time, and China.

could be even behind  france and gemany if you look at the other picture flippozzo posted. software+hardware is almost the same in france/germany/uk

Weren't you one of the guys that said UK was set to become the 2nd biggest market and that Japan was declining?

Even South Korea is bigger eventough it has 14 million less people then the UK.

What does home consoles matter anyway? Its all about revenue and how big the game market is.

Hahaha very funny, I've been reading almost everywhere on the internet that UK was overtaking Japan in gaming. Now I have the confirmation it is wrong. And Japan data is not even complete comparing to UK !

In addition, with complete data France, and Germany could be tight with UK.
