Forums - Website Topics - New Avatar & Sig Rules

So you guys can get in trouble for having a tiny, avatar sized pic of a bikini girl or shirtless man onscreen but not for spending your work time on internet forums? That makes absolutely no sense, but then again; I am a foreigner!

You'll see the beads on my yogi are covering over 50% of his nipples.

I'm safe right?

I am sure yours is not sexual in nature....I think.

OT:

Darn you Man Bear and your joke thread!!! Also Pezus was a puppet.

It does make sense though. People at work, Maybe they are on break! Also there are others who are young on this site. Still, it does take away some of the fun. I guess my disturbing Link avatar is out of the picture now.

How did you know this?!?! I thought I was special...

I mark this the last NSFW picture:

What if the character has a slutty design by default? Take Poison for example (my sig and avatar). That's her standard design.

What I'm asking, does my avatar and sig pass?

All joking aside, I open this site frequently at work and there have been many times I have to scroll the screen to be sure some random user's avatar isn't showing just in case.

While this isn't an issue in some countries, in the US we can get in serious trouble for things like half naked people.. in bikinis etc. Kind silly, but yeah it can happen.

Wait... why are so many people on this site at work? 0_o

That's what people do at work. Didn't you know?

Who wants to work when he can read about videogames all day!?

Geez.

*right click...*

OH! I see you're still young... You'll learn in due time that the computers at any 'working' place are mostly used for mindless browsing.

Your right gif doesn't pass but everything else is fine! His movements are very NSFW.

Wow. This is....really bad.

Goddamnit man-bear, god fuckign damnit.

Supreme court ruled that being on the internet during work is free speech.

Or something like that.  Might not of been the supreme court.

Though if it's NSFW it breaks some other law or something.

These are the new rules and they apply on top of the existing ones forbidding nudity:

No topless men (sorry gaymers!)
No women in bikinies/underwear etc.
No women (or men, for that matter) with cleavage/backsides/genitals on display, or posing in a highly sexualised manner even if fully clothed.
Pictures of attractive models or what have you are otherwise OK. They just need to be strictly SFW and non-sexual.

These rules cover both real people and videogame characters, and they apply to both your signatures and your avatars.

Feck. You really covered your ass with these rules. I was just about to exploit the rules but then I saw the bolded. Curseth you! That rule was specifically designed for me >:[

What about stuff in the NSFW threads? That is alright ..right?

Montana seems to want them out. I don't blame him. They may start cracking down on those... maybe.
