I really like, Jack Tretton. Never under-stood the hate towards him. He bad mouths a rival competitor? So what?. At the end of the day that's what I'd be expecting him to do, wouldn't make much sense if he started praising them.

So as CEO is it alright to attack the competitors userbase? (Not just the competitor but the competitors userbase) Like insult them. Note that the userbase could be potiential customers as well. Sorry but I noticed only Sony only fans like him, and puts him on high platform, when he really isn't that good.

I think he does, namely if he attacks userbases (remember it is one thing to go after your competitor, but attack competitors userbases....)  I feel sorry for Kaz, since I think Kaz is actually pretty decent guy. As for House I know shit about him. 

I am indifferent to American branch Microsoft and Nintendo guys, given I dislike the direction of Microsoft, and poor localization of Nintendo.
