Sales are low, but that is not what really worries me. What really worries me is that they will get even worse, at least until the second half of the year...

If Sony really tries to do the PS3 / PSV strategy again with the PS4, they will be in serious trouble. The PS3 basically lost 1 billion USD / year since release and the Vita seems like it is losing money as well.

It is about time Sony stops listening to their internet fanboys and make hardware that is powerful and affordable. A console 6 times as powerful as the PS3 is more than enough if you look at Uncharted or Killzone graphics.

Maybe in Vita's case they're meaning angular momentum.   

Looks like Vita will keep on this rate until the holidays, unless Japan starts picking up Vita's instead of PSPs. Not sure when that will happen but aside from a few software releases that's the only thing I can think of that will boost sales before holidays, unless consumers become enlightened to it through the advertisements and word of mouth, which should start hitting home in the next 2 months now that almost 2 million devices are floating around. Until then we'll have to continue to see that 600k gap between the 3DS.
