Peter Molyneux, one of the most respected video game developers in the world and one of the top creative minds on the Xbox team, is leaving Microsoft and Lionhead Studios,Kotaku has learned.

Great news. I hope he will return to his old self before he started making Fable.

Microsoft is worse than EA at turning good studios to crap.

I get a feeling that they will have a nasty surprise this next gen when they realise they got no more exclusives anyone cares about. They have already turned lionhead and Rare to crap. No one wants to work with microsoft it seems.

They might have screwed over Rare,  but Microsoft did save Lionhead ass from closer.
