The World ends with you looks very innovative in it's style. Hopefully it will be a new IP for SE. They've got a ton of games coming out for the DS.
This will only take a moment of your time. *steals your watch*

Monsters is a Pokemon-style game that has seen several releases in this region before. Heroes is a text-light action-adventure that is not really comparable to the main DQ line. Trust me, I haven't forgotten about them, but neither game closely relates to the main series in gameplay (not that most of the other games I listed do either).
I'm really not trying to make an argument out of this. I'm just honestly worried that the game will not come out here. None of the other remakes have, outside of the GBC ones which were years ago. Past disappointments must inform future expectations in this case, at least for me.

Come on Goose this is kinda sad. In your example of games that didn't come you included 90% spinoffs, but when it goes against your argument it now doesn't count? I honestly don't understand how you can possibly consider this a reasonable debate on your side. There is no real debate that there is a much better chance of these DQ games comming to America than not comming to America on the Nintendo DS.
I was just listing DQ-related games that haven't seen North American release, that's all. As mentioned in my last post, they are indeed mostly spin-offs and not similar to the main series games.
Even if you look at the sales of the NA-released DS games (especially Rocket Slime), they are hardly compelling.
Enix has a long, cruel history of denying me DQ remakes. I don't really expect that to change now. I will be genuinely surprised if they announce this game for NA release (but pleasantly surprised, of course).
