The race should have been red flagged as soon as any car went off in wet conditions... that is to say sutil's

- a safety car wouldn't necessarily have prevented the follow-up incident because while waiting for safety car to emerge, the cars would still be on track albeit slower but not slow enough to preclude a bianchi type crash from occurring

That didn't happen and to make matters worse a green flag was being waved at that corner

Can't believe I moved into 2nd so quickly. I guess it helps playing it safe with the Ham / Ros / Ric combo. We should also have double points at Abu Dhabi.

Russia placeholder:

1. Hamilton
2. Ricciardo
3. Rosberg
R. Grosjean

In the latest statement about Bianchi's condition, they've said he has a "diffuse axonal injury". Looked it up on Wikipedia and it doesn't sound good at all, although if it's any consolation, Richard Hammond had the same injury after his rocket car crash and fully recovered.

i thought we went to Russia last year but we didn't so looking forward to seeing russia on the F1 circuit, wonder what kind of track it is

yes, good to see russia, cool track,i guess rosberg has to start trying things to win overall so might get in trouble unless he waits for the last 2 races or something, good from bottas and great from the russian kyvat, red bulls not good and the mclarens doing better now, button really improved knew i should have gridbid picked him

did youhear about the 3 car team idea from bernie where the main 5/6 teams have 3 cars, sounds interesting & messy but not bad form competition upfront

                                                                                                                                        Above & Beyond

3 cars per team could indeed be interesting, but if anything we won't see it until 2016 and even then it could be problematic. Smaller teams won't be able to afford it, and some of the bigger teams will inevitably be pushed into the middle and backfield by default which could make them choose to quit F1.

As for this year's title race....I'm still dreading that damn Abu Double race. Fucking BS that is. Hopefully Lewis and Nico don't have any car issues in that one
