Are you sure about those numbers MDJ? 100,000,000 would make sense I think, but 500-700m sounds out there! Even for a game as high powered as this.

well you are still in the middle of my estimate with 600m, so i think i'm fine. we still have digital copies to count.if i remember correctly, GTA4, RDR, and LA. Noire are the only games that cost $100m or more, so GT5 would bebelow that estimate.

think about this. at 59.99 dollars a copy, MW3 has made $1b in less then a month on the market. find out how many units MW3 has sold and you may have your answer. to make it easy for you, MW3 had to sale 10m copies to make $1b.

so i was only 20m off! not bad? yea $80m is what i expected but $60m is cool. thanks for the info legend. here ya go ryan.

I just assumed that you must have though VGC included digital sales in the numbers because of your GT5P number you put up. unless you are just using it for an example. Didnt try to come across as cheecky or anything though.

you should start posting again, and make some threads. i'm here to gather as much info as i can, really just to keep my mind going since the seizures i had last yr., comprehnding some of the things i read isn't easy, but that's another story.

i was reading a verse in the bible one day, and i new what i was reading, but couldn't understand it, and that has been the biggest challenge. hell i'm here everyday and have that problem most of the time but again that's another story for another time.

I definitely missed that part because I just started reading the thread. It's not aim at him but to the other guys.

it was only speculation based on the timeframe, or how long it took GT5 to be released. i was only 20m over. you speculate when you don't know. i did an average of cost and the time period. if there's one thing i'm good at it's averaging time periods even if i'm 20m over lol.
