When I was at a grocery store once a customer was pissed off at the deli for not having a specific kind of salami. The deli guy kept trying to explain he couldn't order it even if he wanted to but the customer kept complaining and ended up getting the manager who then promised they would see what they could do. After he left I asked the manager if he really could do something and he said no that everything is done by corporate and he has nothing to do with it at all.

Another situation I told a Bakery manager to add Brownies what she sold and told me she sent a letter to corporate. It was two years before she was able to actually sell brownies.

I seriously doubt Reggie has anything to do with what they actually sell.I bet Reggie is just a figure head who didn't even write his speech in that 3ds ad you people hate so much. When you guys get older you'll realize that just because you're the president of a branch doesn't mean you actually have the power to do anything.

Not really, but well as we don't really know what happens inside Nintendo we can only assume things based on PR stuff and that.

Not sure how hard is he fighting for bringing those games to NA, but if Europe got them I don't see why he shouldn't have gotten them already.
