Crackdown - Game bundle with Mass Effect on 360 in a double pack, the game just seems so unappealing I haven't even opened it.
Killzone 3 - I got some hours of enjoyment from it but is a far lesser game than KZ2 online and still kept the crap bits. Paid too much for it.
Heavy Rain - I really enjoyed this game but it wasn't worth the release price given the awful reply value.

I'm limiting answer to this gen, and I'm probably forgetting a bunch.

FF13, if your gonna make the players walk down corridor after corridor fighting monsters with a just ok battle system at the very least make your story and characters good, they couldnt even do that. Mario&Luigi RPGs have better stories.
Sonic Unleashed(all versions) why did Sega decide to make Sonic a werehog and why does he play like a poor man's God of War with horrible platforming, at least theres Colors and Generations
COD MW2, im mad that i got caught in the hype. Story made no sense, SpecOps was just the campaign chopped up into pieces and the multi was unbalanced as hell. Actually the story pissed me off so much i just stopped playing the game altogether. I think my final level was 25 and no that wasnt prestige.

Final Fantasy XIII - I tried really hard to play it but when I got stuck on a Flying Motorcycle that kept killing me, that was the end of that.
Lost Planet 2 - What a frustrating piece of crap game. Every boss fight was the same, aim for orange blubs on the enemy, get knocked back and take forever to get up, repeat.

I really want to say Rage because the missions were f'n terrible (ALL go fetch missions) but I finished it without much problem so I can't complain too much about it. Just an honorable mention.
Only this generation games mentioned cause I was in high school during PS2 and only bought games I knew I would (mostly rockstar games lol).
