2.3 million 1st quarter down 500,000 from last year (360 Slim Debut)

Pretty impressive for MS's second entry into the gaming world, especially considering they have virtually no market in Japan. But still a nice leap from the original Xbox, which topped of at a mere 23 million.

So is it undertracked here on VGC, or is it normal to have this much stock (perhaps because of the incoming holiday season)?

its probably undertracked at least a bit. NPD has had it above VGC for a few months now.

Well if you add up the npd numbers and the vgc numbers your see vgc is around 400k out in comparison to npd numbers. With these figures it is safe to say 360 is deffinatly under-tracked here by a fair bit. I'd hazard a guess it is doing better in EMEAA then we think it has been.

looks like vgc is 1m off on both consoles. let me know when 360 hits 60m. you know its a bigger annoucment when the console hits numbers of 10 not odball numbers or numbers in the middle unless its at the end of the consoles life.

Good sells im sure no one predicted the 360 selling this well. Anyway i think it might manage 90 million im a little bearish so i will say 75 million
