interesting. has sony filed any sort of a lawsuit? not that i've heard of anyways. frankly, even if they do what would really happen? i'm sure nintendo must have a patent as well that covers their tech, they aren't stupid enough to not take out related patents.

The patent seems way too vague to me. I highly doubt Sony can sue based on an vague idea. Maybe if this patent was more in depth then they might have a case but just reading that paragraph it seems way too damn vague.

That's not even close to what the WiiU is... it's like using an iphone's camera pointing to the TV screen and stuff pops up in the iphone screen..

They would've sued apple too if they could do that, so they probably can't.
