Forums - Gaming Discussion - TOO MANY VIDEO GAME SALES!!!

Not that it's a bad thing, but has anyone else noticed the amount of video game sales rising? I want to buy all these games but I don't want to go broke D=.

I saw Red Dead Redemption and Brink for $20 at Best Buy, Modern Warfare 2 for $20 at Future Shop, SuperStore (Canadian store) had $50 PSN cards for $40 and Retailers were selling a new Xbox 360 with 5 of the best games on the system for$299. And today I've probably seen at least a dozen new sales on different websites and stores. Like Amazon Brink for $17 for 360/PS3 versions and $10 for the PC version ( here is the link I got from VGChartz N4G feed. link. I can't seem to find it on the site unless I use the link....) and Play-Asia selling Lego Star Wars III for $20 for every system (link here). Now I know these sites have sales all the time but I have never seen this many good/ higher quality sales/deals in a such a short period of time. It seems like a really good time to be stocking up on games.

What do you guys think, and have you seen any other good deals floating around?

Playstation All-Stars is one of the best games I've played this gen, and is the most fun I've had in a game this gen.

well over here in the uk you can get some pretty recent games for £15-£20 in the shops new i find although they seem to change every week i bet online is even cheaper, good bargains around

                                                                                                                                        Above & Beyond

if the game your looking for has been out for longish time ill just go to eBay but i think people dnt like it because on some picture they dnt show the disc and if they have scratches or not, but i argue with what u r saying.

I love that.. UK games are so much cheaper then mainland europe and they drop in price pretty fast.. you can easily save 10 to 15 euro's on new games and online stores like Zavvi.co.uk and Play.com ship free to the netherlands..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

I don't think there are anywhere near enough videogame sales.

Steam has new sales constantly...

also sites like http://savygamer.co.uk/http://gamerdeals.net/ and http://www.cheapassgamer.com collect videogame sales

Check out my hype threads: Cyberpunk, and The Witcher 3!

if you think thats cheap, you should check out Steam,
each DAY they make these crazy kind of sales, its such a wallet whore, i got like over a dozen games that i never played but got because they were cheaper than getting a sandwish meal.

I'd love to see more sales here in Southern Japan too.
There are some deals, but not nearly enough. The best deals are all in Tokyo it seems.

Need something off Play-Asia? http://www.play-asia.com/

Competition keeps the price down.

Nintendo managed to keep the price high because many of their games are just unmatched in quality.
Games that people keep instead of pawning after a week of play.

That 360 deal is really good (Amazon one i mean) arghhhh idk if i should just buy it now or wait for the Gears one!!
