Now that Pokemon Black and White both appeared on the market for about 3 months people have been asking it their are any good pokemon well here it is

Above the best Pokemon

Snivy is also the world's strongest grass type and it turns into a snake which can kill other pokmon.Snivy can also run a business

Nintendo is also making a new game for him just to make snivy look more awesome

The best ever... no. But #8 out of 649 isn't so bad.

Yes I can't name not one

As you didn't mention Grass pure, there are a few other on the top of my mind stronger than Snivy and it's evolutions. Leavanny is probably the strongest Grass type in Gen 5. Then you've got Roserade and Torterra. 

If you're going for pure grass only, Tangrowth is probably the best grass type, on sheer force alone. Coupled with some good TM's and you get a pretty darn strong grass attacker.
