yep I'm not disagreeing with that...I don't think sony sees much value in the IP anymore (thanks to sales slump) so they can be a bit free with how they treat it..I don't expect much from Nhilastic. My hopes for a solid fps are mainly on Killzone..the few clips we have seen looked very good

and the new disappearing death animation > old shooter type death animations of breaking into pieces of meat (which is what they had before)...both aren't that good tho

I must be the most indecisive person on VGC right now... one moment I say I am going to cancel my preorder than the next thing you know I go to gamestop today and pay off a 16GB memory card...

Probably had a lot to do with the fact that I walked in while the guy was finishing up the Vita kiosk, so I got to spend an hour or so messing around with the games. Oh yeah, that's right, I was the FIRST person to get my nasty fingerprints all over it. I took that Vita's gaming virginity.

My goodness, those face buttons are tiny, plus the analog sticks are smaller than I expected them to be, but the handheld is soooo comfortable and unbelievably light.

Oh yeah, the screen is beautiful too.

There is some time for the developer to fix things before it gets release. But it does look equally or even better then the 1st one. What I'm dissappointed about is that they probably took away the slow motion skill for the sniper gun.

Also thought this was worth mentioning, although it is a con.

ModNation Racers had bad loading times again. As a matter of fact everything I demoed had long load times.


These are running off of carts, so what is up with loading times you would expect on a disc based system?

Loading times like that will kill MNR for me on Vita. I was expecting the jump to carts to fix the one issue that kept me from enjoying the PS3 version.

Hopefully the full retail version is better in that department because I was really considering picking this up off the PSN store.

The game was presented with the NGP last year.. and it seems improved for me... Still can be better... but is kinda hard surpass Resistance 3.. the best FPS of PS3 last year and the most undersold game : ( sad story... But I would like a different approach to the series like Retribution of PSP.. Nice game that I want to play with to stick when Vita release! ^^

@euphoria14 -Was proved that Gamecards on Vita run faster than Downloadble gams from the Memory Card... but I still gona get it Downloable when it get patched...

Yeah I know things are supposed to be faster with memory cards but I really mean it when I say that some of these load times I experienced today were LOOOOOOOONG. MNR was at least 25-30 seconds to load up the race. That shouldn't be happening.

My Gamestop store has just a demo unit of the Vita. I was the first to play.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss is astounding. WipeOut 2048 was just pure gaming bliss. Gravity Rush didn't really impress me, kinda making me less interested in it. Little Deviants was...bad.

I wanted to play ModNation Racers: Road Trip, but we needed to lock it up. I was sad.

The screen is amazing, my hands were all over the place at first, but settled into the grips. And the damn thing is lightweight. I was expecting to have some heft problems, but that was not the case. It was a very nice surprise.

Is MGS Collection still coming to Vita?
