Hackers are poor nerds who don't wash.

Skype is good for voice calling, everything else is just superior on MSN. I wonder if they are gonna combine both of them.

Is it going to be MS exclusive? I'd be super pissed

This is great now I don't have to reach for my mobile to call for pizza, I can just use Kinect and say 'call Pizza hut'...

I like skype, I have it on my phone and laptop, I always worry when big corporation buy these companies.

I doubt they'll remove it from other platforms though that'd be retarded

They wont...

http://www.engadget.com/2011/05/10/microsofts-acquisition-of-skype-for-8-5-billion-becomes-offici/

"Skype will support Microsoft devices like Xbox and Kinect, Windows Phone and a wide array of Windows devices, and Microsoft will connect Skype users with Lync, Outlook, Xbox Live and other communities. Microsoft will continue to invest in and support Skype clients on non-Microsoft platforms."

Cool.

Well the only concern I was going to have was that MS wold remove it from other devices that has it and keep it as a MS exclusive feature.  But since thats not happening,  its a smart move by MS, as long as it stays that way.

I will continue to have it, no worry

but I still prefer skype independant or on other hands, that is all ...

Time to Work !

I hope they don't screw it up. I switched to skype instead of msn messenger because of the endless problems with video calls. But let's stay positive, maybe they'll use skype's technology to improve msn messenger.

I use Skype a hell of a lot. This better not effect my usage...
