No they won't. Anon is not working with either plantiff, they are working on their own. Sony cannot use this in their case. This will not affect the cases in any way.

In all honesty I wanted to see the website still be up but instead of Sony Make.Believe I wanted to see troll faces, You Mad, and FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- all over their sites, with info about their corporate leaders posted up on the website and then lock Sony out of their own servers for a little while lol that would have been for the lulz and entertained me.... this... is just one of the most basic annoyance tactics you can pull and no one will care by tomorrow.

Doesn't moot get pissed off with this kind of stuff? I thought he started getting stricter on bans and his started giving away the IPs (when the police are involved) of every hacker, poster or weirdo who brings any sort of trouble to the site.

Anyway, both sites work, I'm on them now. The Sony USA one came up straight away, but the Playstation one took about a minute.

Bet with Conegamer and AussieGecko that the PS3 will have more exclusives in 2011 than the Wii or 360... or something.
