Note: I got gt5 prologue sales from polypony digital. I did not add games like wii sports,

Wii total sales: 100.95 million

Xbox 360 sales: 50.76 million

Ps3 sales: 42.23 million

It's pretty clear Wii destroyed all competion. Ps3 and Xbox 360 sales are surprisngly almost equal (if you take out games like kinect adventures gears 1 fable 3 because they aren't really exclusives)

For some reason, seeing Just Dance on the Wii makes me want to buy Dance Central for Kinect.

How come Wii sports, Wii sports resort and wii play are missing?  Last time I checked they were exclusives too....

FAIL!!

x360 has highest top and PS3 highest low side. And fifth game has sold exactly the same in both consoles.

I can understand not adding Wii Sports and maybe even Wii Play... BUT

Why no WiiFit and WiiFit plus. It was not bundled with Wii or a mandatory basic controller. It was in fact similar to games like Guitar Hero and sold for $90 a pop as well as outsold most other games on any of those lists.

you would think a comparison would be made in light of actual competition.

edit: looking at those top 10's, there isn't a single game that I could see that would appeal to the demographics of all 3 platforms..... in fact, with the exception of 1 360 game, nothing in the wii library is comparable in anyway.

pointless comparison in my opinion

Fable 3 is and xbox 360 exclusive as of right now, you CANNOT get it for anything other than the 360. so it should be on the 360 list, until it is on the pc

@rolstoppable i never thought id say this but your absolutely right no reason for WiiFit not to be there and WiiSports Resort was selling gangbusters way before bundled with Wii
