even so, why state it? they might as well say their MMO is better then god then. It makes no difference and isn't true. The only MMO that will be as good or better is the new MMO Blizzard is making.

My interest in Bungie weakens every time I see the word MMO. Not to mention seeing Activision right next to it. Man, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't play MMO's. Even more so with monthly fee. Only one i am interested in is Guild Wars 2 since some of my friend's are crazy fans. Was exited to see a regular game from bungie so bit of a bummer.

where did they say that? I could be miss reading, but I do not think they even commented on it yet, and the source nor the op mention it.

Any time a company references WoW in anyway it means they plan on trying to take it on as the #1 MMO. This is why any MMO not comparing themselves to WoW in anyway are mildly successful.

With the lastest news circulating about Bungie...I'm sure they are scratching their heads and are trying to figure out WTF they got themselves into with Activision calling a sizable amount of the shots for their future...

Bleh, MMO. A huge disappointment if so.

I'm sure Bungie wouldn't have signed a 10 year contract with Activision without Activision guaranteeing Bungie creative freedom.  They could have gone with any 3rd party but chose Activision because what they offered them.
