lol, no muscles are more heavy than fat^^
and i drink more beer when i wii

Odd!, because i Wii more when i drink beer... it goes straight through me.

ok old joke i know.

by the way size 10 to size 4 !!! seriously that can't be right. *checks schott's miscellany* --- damn i have no idea what that is in proper length.

If someone could inform me how much difference there is between sizes i would like to know, because going down 3 sizes seems quite a lot.

In fact, my sister is a size 8-10 and she is 17 and skinny... size 4 seems dangerously low, it is rare to see size 4 in any stores.

You need to eat more.

___________

I just measured around the skinniest part of my abdomen [just above navel] and i am 68cm (26,1/2 in) when i suck in, and 75cm (29,1/2 in) when i expand my belly.
admitedly i am male so i should be larger, but i am very skinny myself, if you are less than say 50cm (20inches) then it sounds dangerous. [assuming you are my age or older...20+]

where do you live?  I'm in america, my gf is 5'6" about 120 pounds and size 2.  she's skinny but not dangerously low. A lot of celebs on TV are size 0.

They have a size 0?? That really doesn't make any sense.

A few years ago I was working as a  Stock Controller/radio phone  engineer/IT person (it was a small company), I spent quite few hours everyday moving heavy boxes inbetween doing tech work, I didn't change my eating habbits much, drunk a lot more water and only had one cup of coffee a day instead of 4 or 5.

I got thinner & much healthier, I never weighed myself so I can't tell you how much I lost - or converted into muscle, but a co-worker told me not to loose anymore :)

That experiance showed me that losing weight only requires activity, a normal* diet and plenty of water.

Now I work as programmer again and I've gone back to bad habbits :P

*Eg. not eating fast food everyday and loads and loads of sweets.

@kitler, well i didn't know the clothes sizes depended on height.... but size 2??? that makes no sense.. there must be something i am not understanding.
I weigh 9st.... 120lb is 8 1/2 st, so she is slightly lighter than me... but she is also shorter than me (I'm 6ft) so assuming your GF is of average muscularity she should be a larger size than me.
Now i am a quite a bit bigger than my sister, who is an 8-10 size... the maths are not working for my head.

I probably shouldn't be comparing your GFs clothes size to myself as i am male so;

If we go by what i think my sister weighs, and an estimation of height, she must be about 7-8st (a stone less than your GF) and she is only about 5'2'' so also shorter than your GF, yet is 3-4 sizes bigger in clothes?!

@fazz, no such thing as a size 5.. unless you mean a 4-6.

They are talking in US sizes, not UK ones, thats what your missing ;)

@vengi.... Kitler is from UK, and even then an 8-10 is a 6-8, so his GF is 2-3 sizes smaller despite weighing more.... perhaps sizes are only determined on waist/chest size (not height), and therefore she may be heavier, but skinnier due to being slightly taller?

Here I am writing some lines…. “The key to successfully navigating the holiday season for your family is to plan ahead by outlining a practical weight-management strategy that doesn’t leave you and your children feeling deprived, but will help kids and their parents to avoid weight gain during the next couple of months,” for more tips and idea about holiday weight management visit www.organicauthority.com/blog/?p=633%22

thanks!

So the moral of the story is; the Wii will change your life and make you slim, popular and cool! Allright! Does anyone here realize how much motion is required to drop 30 kg's? Seems not.
