lol, no muscles are more heavy than fat^^
and i drink more beer when i wii

Odd!, because i Wii more when i drink beer... it goes straight through me.

ok old joke i know.

by the way size 10 to size 4 !!! seriously that can't be right. *checks schott's miscellany* --- damn i have no idea what that is in proper length.

If someone could inform me how much difference there is between sizes i would like to know, because going down 3 sizes seems quite a lot.

In fact, my sister is a size 8-10 and she is 17 and skinny... size 4 seems dangerously low, it is rare to see size 4 in any stores.

You need to eat more.

___________

I just measured around the skinniest part of my abdomen [just above navel] and i am 68cm (26,1/2 in) when i suck in, and 75cm (29,1/2 in) when i expand my belly.
admitedly i am male so i should be larger, but i am very skinny myself, if you are less than say 50cm (20inches) then it sounds dangerous. [assuming you are my age or older...20+]

where do you live?  I'm in america, my gf is 5'6" about 120 pounds and size 2.  she's skinny but not dangerously low. A lot of celebs on TV are size 0.

They have a size 0?? That really doesn't make any sense.

A few years ago I was working as a  Stock Controller/radio phone  engineer/IT person (it was a small company), I spent quite few hours everyday moving heavy boxes inbetween doing tech work, I didn't change my eating habbits much, drunk a lot more water and only had one cup of coffee a day instead of 4 or 5.

I got thinner & much healthier, I never weighed myself so I can't tell you how much I lost - or converted into muscle, but a co-worker told me not to loose anymore :)

That experiance showed me that losing weight only requires activity, a normal* diet and plenty of water.

Now I work as programmer again and I've gone back to bad habbits :P

*Eg. not eating fast food everyday and loads and loads of sweets.
