this thread isn't about how to pirate or justifying piracy or whatever, it's just if you have ever done it, and maybe what games you pirated

ive pirated twogames in my life, firts being roller coaster tycoon 3 in college, cause i never knew it existed and when i found out i had to get it immediately. i loved rct2 and bought the whole thing, but i never knew rct existed, but i felt bad about it so i uninstalled it after a day. doesnt excuse what i did, but i felt guilty.

second game was mother 3, i had to play it and i knew noa would never bring it here. i played it, loved it, and that one i personally dont feel guilty about.

what about you guys?

I pirate movies all the time onto my ps3 using the internet browser.

I used to pirate movies back in my freshman/softmore year of high school. Then i stopped when i heard how many people pirated. Never pirated since then.

Does emulating count?

Once, when I was on vacation in Somalia. We jacked an oil tanker. It was pretty fun at the time, but I feel bad about it now and definitely wouldn't do it again.

I've never had any modded consoles or anything but I do have an N64 Emulator

yea emulators count, thats what i used for mother 3 anyway

back then, when i was like 12 years old.. i pirated w/o knowing what it actually was ^^ (or, better said, my parents did for me).

so yeah, i did, but not anymore... but only because i dont need, a well made youtube playlist is everything you need for watching a movie or hear music, lol. ^^

Those are okay pirating in my eye. The first one was more like a quick demo, and the other was impossible to buy in the country in the first place.

If it's a game someone can buy in their country, I despise pirating and never do so, no matter how much it hurts my wallet.... :(

Way back in the win95/98 era, I used to d/l softwares just for the sake of downloading.

Burned to discs and then continue d/l, even when I had 56k connection.

I think downloading is an addiction, LOL.
