I voted 0. Gamers asked for a game like Super Smash Brothers. Not this garbage. Total failure listening to the gamers.

1-2 million is the highest by a long shot??  REALLY???

It's official:  VGC poll results are the anti-reality.

Why?

Why put the burden of proof on me?  I'd rather see the reason why people think it'll sell that much because I don't see much of anything we've seen from sales trends this gen or the developer in question to think that this game would even be good enough to sell that many copies.

"That many copies"? 1 million?

I'm curious to see your prediction.

UNDER 1 million.  : )

400k tops. I cannot see this doing very well.

Well, we have some fresh news, people.

A PS Move Heroes bundle will be available in North America. Only for Toys "R" Us.

Now if only it wasn't NA exclusive, and if only it wasn't ToysRus exclusive.

*sigh*

You know... maybe it's just me, but it feels like Sony is really lacking in the "Main Character Department".

They should have a much stronger character base.

I'd like to say 1-2 Million... and that's because I like to go optimistic.

I hope I'm wrong but I don't see Jak/Ratchet and Clank and Sly Cooper as very succsessful characters... who have a significant overlap in popularity.

Unfortunately, I don't see this selling very well.

Mainly because of the moves relatively low install base and because the game is fairly unknown.

Prediction:

FW: 100k - 150k

F10W: 350k - 400k

Lifetime: 850k - 1m

The Move bundle should help it a little, though.

I haven't bought Move because I had no interest in the softwares so far but if this game is great, I may plunge.

Well that being true and all, I don't think many families would let their kids play the party game featuring Kratos and Sweet Tooth...

I think you over/underestimate many families.

I bet tons of kids have played GOW3, let alone playing a cartoony version of him in a game.  No clue who Sweet Tooth is...  Twisted Metal clown?

I just find it weird that they have nearly no console defining characters.  I mean, Nintendo had a boatload from when they were on top... and even Microsoft has Masterchief...

I mean, Kratos I guess is the closest thing they have?

Yeah.

To be honest, this is a good way to spread some of the names around to a new generation of gamers. I think if Sony actually promote this game the right way, it could be a huge success.....But.....I doubt it will get the right level of advertisement to get to that level.

That is true... I mean, that's the other odd thing... I mean I haven't been paying as much attention to console gaming lately.... so I may of just missed it but....

Have there even been Jak and Sly Cooper games released this generation?  I mean, usually with Crossovers you want to have products people can buy and to captialize.

Are they at least on PSN?

I mean for example the Super Robot Wars games are huge in Japan because whenever they include new series it usually increases the buy rate for the DVD's of that anime.
