As a side note, a lot of you seem confused by the lack of Snake/Nintendo characters. These are characters created in the last decade. I agree on Midna, but she still shouldn't make a top 30. Those 200 Fire Emblem characters shouldn't make a top 100 :P

I was going to say Toadette, Rosalina, The collective casts of Advance Wars titles, Fire Emblem titles, Pikmin 1 and 2, Paper Mario titles, Mario & Luigi Titles, Bowser Jr., Zant, Tetra, and Byrne all came to mind.

Pixel Art can be fun.
