Just like the name Andrien, it can be a boy or girl name.

Names with an A at the end in general are going to be REALLY hard to pass off as guy's names in western culture.

I mean, ANY name can be a boy's name.  You could name a boy Sue.  Ain't gonna make it any easier that there is a song about a boy named sue.

I agree with a Fire Emblem name - they are really nice names, and most aren't the sort that will get your kids teased

I named my daughter Elena, due to many reasons, but you can find in many things I like as Faust, Fire Emblem (Ike's mother) and Uncharted.

I think you should do something like that: get a name you like that is linked to many things you like at the same time, for polisemy's sake.
