man, is this ever a flavor of the month list. Pretty much the only ones that probably DESERVE to be on that list are Tactics Ogre, Xenogears, and FFVII. Everything else is either good but not best of all time (RE5, Okami, Persona 4) or completely undeserving (MGS4, FFXIII)
