I look at Move and it just looks like a Wii Remote with a glowing bulb. What's the key differences? Why is it so much better? I'm not trying to flame, I just want to know why I should pick one up over the Wii?

The difference is you csan see yourself? That looks about as much fun as that guy looks like hes having
He looks bored the entire video
So is this really just a HD Wii? If so I might get it just don't see a reason to rush
The main difference is accuracy. The Wiimote can interpolate gestures from the data collected from its internals but is unable to do 1:1 motion representation. The Move's tech demos are a great demonstration of the accuracy of the device. Motion Plus (damn plus sign didn't show up) improved this accuracy and is now more accurately able to represent a motion but not much exciting software is out which supports it.
That is the second differentiator: software. Nintendo and third party efforts haven't put a big push behind finding exciting ways to incorporate greatly accurate motion based gameplay mechanics into a broader gameplay experience (I haven't seen much that impressed me besides Red Steel 2 and Skyward Sword), Sony seems to be pushing this in full force by putting it (whether you think it's great or shoe-horning it) into well known franchieses (Killzone, RE, Heavy Rain) as well as new IP's built around implementing motion controls in new gameplay situations (Sorcery).

There isn't much reason to rush out to get it. I think Move is going to end up much like the PS3 itself. At first it'll be rushed to market and hard to justify a purchase. As time passes however I feel the dev studios will find great ways to use Move and really put a library behind it that anyone can look at and get excited about. I know I'm waiting.

nope the difference is augmented reality..
a mix of kinect and the wii, but with more precision
o so it's more precise and does 1:1? I see thanks!
I still think I going to wait on it but good to see it's not just an HD Wii but an actual imrpovement
It's basically a Wiimote (minus the speaker) with better accuracy.

The Playstation Camera can't record in HD.
