GT5:prolouge had cockpit view on ALL, so I have a hard time seeing them disable a few lol. Tell me im right please! Cockpit view is a must for me!

I think this is how it works: All the super awesome cars have detailed interiors, while the rest have a more generic cockpit. But they do have cockpit view.

Sorry to burst your bubble but has already been confirmed that ONLY Preimum cars have interior views. Standard cars do not have any interior/cockpit view at all. So 200 cars with interior and high end graphics with 800 standards cars remade from GT4 into HD.

Also standard cars do not have working windshield wipers. Only premiums do. But dont worry premiums are not just race cars. There are ALOT of old favorites that are premium including the AE86 ;)

Expect GT6 to feature interiors for all cars, weather for all tracks. Though it could be weather on all tracks in GT5 but not dynamic weather on all tracks. Its a bit vague in the information on this. Dynamic Weather would only work on endurance races and the latest videos showing rain (not dynamic) have been at Eiger Norwand which is not a endurance track (to small and very few overtaking opportunites).

Some may question this since Forza 3 does have active steering. For the most part I agree. RacePro isn't as pretty yet it does have 1:1 steering.

Hopefully GT5 doesn't have active steering or at least be able to disengage it.  This game looks amazing.

Well, there will always be naysayers regarding GT5

Be it those expecting this to be a gardening simulator or those who shut their ears and go "lalalalala, I don't care it sucks", GT5 looks to be that kind of game which will drive a legion of people trying to discredit it, even with substantial evidence as a gameplay video xD.

I'm mesmerized and blown away each time I take a look at both the trailer and the gameplay video. And here is another particular favourite of mine, one thing that I have been eagerly waiting to be shown in GT5, night racing on Le Mans



Take a look at the White Lambo's A.I. It does an extremely aggresive out of the track overtaking, early in the race xD. I guess this also shots down those naysayers that called GT5's A.I a crappy one

These say they will have cockpit view, ALL of em, just not as detailed. All cars in GT5:prolouge have cockpit view, how could they possibly not have it in GT5 :( sure its a lot more cars but STILL! =

I just refuse to believe it but im fearing you're true x(. Damn that is REALLY sad ;_;.

EDIT: Also, I know 200 cars with INSANE cockpit view is great but I want EVERY CAR TO HAVE IT :( doesnt even have to be great, I just want to be able to press Select and sit inside of the car x( hate driving in 3rd person or whatever its called.

They have recently put that to rest , there is no cockpit for standard cars. They was planning to put in some kind of a standard cockpit like PSP version yet they couldn't get it looking right so they dumped it. It seems they are out of time without adding another delay.  They claimed they put too much time with the Preimum cars interiors.

But it feels so empty to have 800 cars that I can't play since I can't play unless im in cockpit view :(

The game just went from 1000 cars to only 200 for me :(
Damnit I got my hopes up and now I feel like GT5 was cancelld ;_;
