get SMT: Devil Survivor, I'm really not a fan of SRPG's, since it was SMT I gave it a try and liked it

Devil Survivor is the best SRPG on DS, you should try Knights in the Nightmare and Valkyrie Profile too

I LOVE KitN! As far as I'm concerned, Sting is the new Quest. <3

I do have to give a shout out to FEDS and FFTA2 though, both are great and I liked both more than their GBA predecessors (even if Fire Emblem's a bit uglier, the visual style works well with the 'Famicom remake' idea). Never picked up Devil Survivor (not a big fan of the shojo SMTs, I'm more into the old school/horror/sci-fi aesthetic side of the series) but I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Also, did anyone play Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume? It looked like a good meaty tactics game, but tri-Ace has been sucking so hard this gen I was afraid to take the plunge. :/
