The dedicated few who continued to play Halo 2 after Microsoft officially ended support for the console’s online service back on April 15^th have been whittled down to one, solitary player. APACHE N4SIR has managed to keep his original Xbox running and online ever since the deadline, holding off overheating and network issues. Agent Windex was the second to last player left, but his Xbox disconnected around 4:21PM PDT today. Microsoft has confirmed that they will not cut any remaining players from the service, meaning APACHE N4SIR can continue to play Halo 2 indefinitely until he suffers from the aforementioned issues.
