Get better internet.

My update last night took about 15 minutes, downloaded and installed.

Man your internet connection must really suck.

or takes them away, like the other os feature

I do have really fast internet, I don't know how exactly to find out how fast it is, but trust me when I say I never have lag issues. It is just download speed. I know my internet is fine because my Wii60 downloads MUCH faster.

The more updates the better I say.

Also if it's slow on your ps3 just download it on you pc.

Took about 5 mins to get 3.30, 5 MB cable here.

But Seriously my updates never take that long.

If your on a Wireless connection with your PS3 it will take longer unless you have a certain router, if you are hard wired its very fast, yesterdays update took about 2 minutes to download and install, I really wish people would get over this other OS thing, the PS3 is a gaming console/ bluray player, not a labtop, Sony was doing for the right reason, not just to be assholes,  Its not like Sonys making crap and releasing it on to the world for us to deal with, they were trying to make the network stronger from hacks.  how dare they.

but I gotta is it me or every time I update my ps3 I feel like the console is gonna stop workin after the update or crash while updating

I dont know I got a 360 and a wii and they feels more like solid consoles but the ps3 I always feel that is not gonna last me long
