Forums - Gaming Discussion - Bungie Rep: "PS3 is an option" O_O

Maybe these guys could change the franchise's game to Olah or something and put Master Chief in a pink costume. XD That could walk around law bindings, wouldn't it? XD

Now seriously. I wouldn't mind having Halo in PS3 but that is likely not happening. Maybe they are trying to create preassure in Microsoft's side in order to get better deals or something?

Either way, when I think about Xbox360 I think about Halo and seeing the guys behind that game wrking in the possibility of making games for the rival console is kind of weird. I apologize to the 360 fans here but 360's exclusive more and more look like illusions to me. Instead of having Microsoft creating games and making offerings in the gaming history like both Sony and Nintendo, I see them trying to kill the competition and make developers do all the work.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Hey PS3 guys, lets like Bungie since they are considering a halo game on the PS3! Oh and let's like HALO too!

Halo is owned by Microsoft, not Bungie.

Do not care about Halo, If I was a Halo fan I would have boght a 360 at launch and Im also not a fan of Bungie so couldn't care less if they make a ps3 game.

Bungie already said this countless times
if you love Halo so much go on and get a 360, bigger fanbase, and better support, plus the system is cheap now no excuses.

I think they are better of with halo games. Idk ps3 just won't look right with a halo game. I guess is just me but there are games that are better off the way they are

I still say this would be a significant thorn in Microsoft's side, games from it's biggest dev being put on it's closest rival's console? I can't see it flying, although Bungie is independent.

I think this situation cuts both ways. Bungie wants to be a multiplat developer, fine, MS just won't pay for the ads. How much would a Bungie game sell without the massive funding Microsoft puts into the marketing campaign?

Exactly, dont think too much of this.

I loved Halo so it would be interesting to see what Bungie could do on other platforms.

i cant stand halo multiplayer but the story is decent at best , a completely new ip separate from halo would be great to see on ps3 and 360

i do hope they stay in a space theme please for the love of gaming do not make more military/reality fps games, so so tired of generic shit

From what I took from the Article, Anything is possible, Wow

I have always wondered how a post-Halo Bungie game would be received by the PlayStation audience.
