Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale will outsell Smash Bros

I wonder why people are counting non-sony IPs as possible characters in this game. I don't think Square Enix or many third parties for that matter, will allow their characters to be in the game ((I could be wrong)). Especially since it's the first iteration of the game. We may get Crash Bandicoot... If we're lucky I do think the game will sell descent enough to call for a sequel, but not for it...

What would you want Nintendo to make better with an eventual 3DS upgrade?

All I need them to do is Make a better Battery Life, and make the bottom screen not scratch the top... Other than that I don't need anything else... I don't mind not having a second nub... not really needed in my opinion ...
