It's possible (SSB though NOT SSBB). When SSB came out, I remember wondering what the hell it was and how it could possibly be good. I bought it anyway (on word of mouth) and never looked back. For Sony's iteration, we ALL know what to expect because the SSB paved the way. This familiarity may lead to more sales....
