He went into Ultron and locked out his ethernet connection... or well he locked him from the net to keep him in Skor..kovia (?) and he also have his judgement on Ultron and killed the last one of him after reminding Ultron that he could be being naive as he was born yesterday (loved that line)

Agreed on this, he was pretty good in Age of Ultron, for as weird as saying that sounds. He was then underused dramatically in Civil War, and now he was just a bitch. I don't think he was ever meant to be much more as a character, but personally I think he was good enough.

But what could he have done in Civil war? dematerialize his fists and have them reemerge inside the rebels body's killing them instantly. I just mean it's sort of a Batman V Superman issue... one is a guy in a suit that his butler tends to... the other is a God who can Sneeze entire galaxies away by accident... how can you bring these two beings together and have a fair fight on screen which makes any sense. Vision just remained at the back of the civil war fight watching over the battle... was really all he could do outside of passing through ant man for comedy sake basically. He did use his power to make his body solid as diamonds to block a bus from flying at.... someone, think it was Widow maybe.

This is why I'm hoping to see him return Vs Thanos, because he could have a full on fight with him to try to get his Mind Stone back even if Vision is just a combination of Jarvis/Ultron and Vibranium  in part 2
