whatever with 360 sales in japan. the US is a bigger market anyway. and apparently japan isn't nearly as into the whole "home entertainment hub" thing.

Well 3 k hardware, but as probarbly can be seen at the PS3 to titles that sell wery little isn't in the chart. EDIT: By the way how can 1 k sold in Japan be bad news? Xbox360 has been dead in Japan since launch.

I have no xbox360 but seeing these 2 games and the latest of Tri Ace you would consider buying one from Japan 
Also very strange that namco bandai games has decided to drop ace combat 6 to the xbox 360 for example with such low figures in Japan, on the other hand.... the game sells the most in the US usually.

Do you have a source for your software sales numbers? Even in Japan the 360 has averaged 3 games sold per console. Even though the PS3 has more than doubled the 360's Japanese userbase, in total software sales they are pretty much dead even right now. In fact, the 360 has a miniscule lead at the moment. So unless you have a source, I'm not inclined to believe you. The only poster I believe when it comes to sales without a source cited is Bunkum.
