This is kinda my thought process as well, but it would suck to have a sequel come out the same year as the standard edition is just now hitting the switch. But honestly atlus has done weirder things

Of Course the content will just be the same like Persona 5 Royal, because all Switch port so far have all extra stuff . No exception probably for this version as well It will just be a complete port that include all extra stories etc. It's just the naming, it's seem we have trend where the Switch version will just added an S on the back of the name.

They will just release the complete version which is probably the "S" initial, "Persona 5 S ( Switch ), complete edition for Switch that the same with Royal edition.

Huh, you might be on to something. Would Atlus really do all this just to promote the Smash DLC though?
