No, it's officially a sequel, and will remain it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_RMX

"The game serves as an expanded version of Fast Racing Neo for the Wii U,"

there we go.

I'm not gonna use the classic argument against Wikipedia so let's end this conversation

dude, "RMX" is literally pronounced "Remix". It can't get much clear than that. It includes all the content from the last game and adds a bit more, just like mariokart 8.

Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate /s

Surprised it took this many comments to get mentioned.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

FAST RMX and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Boost in resolution, fixed framerate, more content...

Fast RMX wasn't on the Wii U.

I voted Mario Kart 8 Deluxe too.

It was... under the name of FAST Racing Neo. But essentially they are the same game.

I haven't played it yet, but Hyrule Warriors on Switch looks like a big upgrade since it has better lighting, resolution and framerate and all of the DLC from both Wii U and 3DS is included.

MK8D is nice but as someone who had the DLC and doesn't care much for battle mode, it doesn't excite me much. It also already looked gorgeous on the Wii U, so while the resolution bump is nice, everything else is exactly the same graphics-wise. HW feels like a bigger leap for me since I thought it looked kinda ugly before.

The Switch is the perfect Mario Kart 8 machine.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

My instinct is always to answer Splatoon 2 to these questions. I KNOW it's a complete sequel in it's own right and the gameplay actually feels diffrent enough that there is a little bit of a learing curve to it, but I can't help myself, Splatoon 2 is a port in my mind for some reason.

I know, right!? XD

The only one of those that i've played is MK8, so i'll have to go with that.
