So I am purchasing a new house. It is a god awful time for me to be doing this. Sure sure, it's a buyers market and I'm getting a great house on a great property for a criminal price. But God damn it, I've only gotten to play No More Heroes 2 for about 3 hours since I bought it on launch day. And my closing date on the house? Get this. March 6! Three fucking days before Final Fantasy 13. You will be playing FF 13 I will be moving furniture, unpacking boxes, and trying to get my shit together, and my wife will no doubt be super stressed. I really really really hate it when real life gets in the way of my gaming. both NMH2 and FF13 are games I have been anticipated soooo badly, and I'm not even getting to play them. I would love to be playing NMH2 right now, but if you'll excuse me I have to go fill out some forms at the realtor's office. Maybe tomorrow night I can actually play for an hour or two....

I think I played No More Heroes 2 for about 5 hours last night. And it's so amazing that my wife actually watched the entire time. She helped me shop for clothes and play with my cat. She's amazed at how one game can switch graphical styles and gameplay genres so often and so well so it always stays interesting, but says she could only watch somebody play GTA for a minute before it gets boring.

You're gonna have to speedrun your move man. Maybe unpack 10 boxes, then fight 1 boss?

That really sucks, don't worry though. You definitely won't be disappointed with No More Heroes 2, its a huge improvement over the first game! This reminds me of when I had to move THE DAY Super Mario Galaxy came out, I nearly cried. I feel for you over Final Fantasy XIII...

Thanks for the support. After I saw about when the closing date was going to land on I told my wife we're just getting a cardboard box until I platinum FF13. She was not amused.

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy about the house, it's a beautiful home, but I will be much much happier when it's all said and done, and I am comfortably on my couch playing some FF13. But for the next month or so, it's just going to be a pain in the ass.
