I said he could easily be Mafia...

It's just that I don't feel he's scum.

But I'll stop talking and wait for the results tomorrow.

That's a reason for not voting for him, and I understand that. But a reason for vouching for his pro-town alignment? That's much, much more than something that you can get with posts of only one day

Actually, I have a crazy theory, but it wouldn't mean anything about hatmoza being mafia. It's crazy, but here goes

Imagine Sabby being Mafia and Hatmoza being Townie. Sabby would know hatmoza is town, since he's not in the same group as them. And we start piling on hatmoza...for being an even weirder hatmoza than usual. So Sabby sees it as the perfect chance. He comes forward and defends hatmoza, so if we lynch him, hatmoza is found town, sabby comes out clean as he defended him and we're framed for it, now he can take control of the game and attack us.

I don't say that the theory is true, but it's something that occurred to me to justify Sabby's completely out of character defending, without having to resort to the "both are mafia" argument

its an interesting theory, definitley worth keeping in mind tommorow.

That's a brilliant theory, but a tad too convoluted for someone to reasonably use it I think. But it will be kept in mind.

I don't think it is convoluted at all.  It would be relativity simple to pull off.  All you need to do is defend a pro-town player who looks likely to be lynched that day.

It is the same concept as when a mafia attacks another mafia, so that when one of them gets lynched, the other looks innocent.

Well, I think it's too late to apply anything for this day, as it'll either end with hatmoza being lynched or with no lynch, but I think it would be something to start with in day 2

I'm still catching up with the thread but I just wanted to point out something.

No one is being forced to vote anything. There are 3 people that were very "forward" with lynching Hatmoza. 3. That's NOT a majority.

I think those are the two main reasons he is getting voted to die. Based on these two reasons, it's stupid to lynch him. If there are other reasons why he's getting lynched, someone please fill me in.

If Hatmoza does get lynched, I will heavily suspect those that pressurised him, aka zexen, WoW etc.

I've lied about my role before. So has Hatmoza. So have you. So have countless others. So your argument means nothing.

What game have I lied about my role? I have never seen Hatmoza tell the truth about his role. Last game he even said something like "I would have roleclaimed magic toaster had it helped me"...

IIRC, hatmoza actually sorta did that in one game: it was with me, only I didn't die and I became his BFF ... until he turned up mafia. ZOMG!

Agreed.  The deadline is in less than 3 hours (I think) and that is not enough time to have a good discussion about it.

Sorry for being MIA these past few days. Between a sudden uptick in my work schedule, plenty of schoolwork, and now White Knight Chronicles, I have little time left for Mafia. =(

I've PM'ed trucks about it, so you may be seeing some changes to the roster soon.
